Jeffrey R. Herman, Esq.

Jeffrey Robert Herman first entered the legal profession in 2002 while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in English at the City University of New York.  In 2008, Jeffrey moved out west in pursuit of his law degree.  During law school, Jeffrey accepted a part-time mentorship from a patent consulting firm where he learned to perform patent research, patent application drafting, and legal claims construction.

In 2013, Jeffrey founded the Law Office of Jeffrey Herman in La Jolla, CA to service the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses.  He later opened a full-time office in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, AZ where he presently resides.  Jeffrey is very active in the start-up community in Arizona and California.  His professional network has grown to include: patent, trademark, and foreign attorneys; IP litigators;  diversely skilled engineers; prototype artists;  and marketing firms.

Jeffrey Herman is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  He is also a member of the Notary Public in Arizona and the American Bar Association.  Jeffrey regularly attends intellectual property conferences and is currently accepting speaking engagements to educate the community in various areas of intellectual property.
