Consultation Terms
When booking, you can select a time based on Mr. Herman's calendar up to 60 days out. He offers same-day bookings, subject to availability. The consultation can be conducted by phone or video (via Google Meet). Upon request, local clients are welcome to meet with Mr. Herman at his office in Oldtown Scottsdale.
Payment is collected in full to book a legal consultation with Mr. Herman. The fee is fully refundable if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Should you decide to retain either the Law Office of Jeffrey Herman or APEX Intellectual Property Group for filing a trademark or patent application, or for another IP legal service that is at least $550 in attorney fees, the consultation fee will be applied as credit, to be used within 60 days from the date of consultation.
Anything you disclose to Mr. Herman during your intellectual property consultation shall be held in the strictest confidence.
