Amazon cannot authenticate that every business that sells on their megasite is not in violation of trademark infringement. As such, Amazon now requires that every seller on their platform has filed for a U.S. Trademark.
Once you have filed for a Federal Trademark, you will provide your trademark serial number when submitting an application to be listed in the Amazon Brand Registry.
Once you submit your Amazon Brand Registry application, I will receive a unique code which I will forward promptly to you so you can complete the verification (see below).
