FAQs
The Trademark Watchdog service is a $25 monthly (or $250/year) recurring subscription provided by Law Office of Jeffrey Herman. The service provides you with a monthly easy-to-read Trademark Watchdog Report delivered to your designated email address. The report is helpful to identify any potential "confusingly similar" trademarks to your based on USPTO activity (i.e., new filings, allowances, registrations, and maintenance filings). Each subscription covers one trademark, and you can cancel at anytime.
Each report you receive will include a list of all live trademarks that may cause confusion with your registered trademark. Trademarks with the most recent status updates (i.e., newly filed, examination clearance, refused by USPTO, or allowed/registered) will appear at the top of the list. The email will be addressed to you, and include legal guidance regarding any potential issues.
The Trademark Watchdog subscription service is processed via Stripe. Once you subscribe, you will be provided with a link that will allow you to cancel whenever you want. If you need assistance cancelling your subscription, please send an email to jeffrey@jhermanlaw.com.
